This combo comes with:
1. A waterproof & breathable 1000 denier ballistic nylon turnout sheet.
2. A detachable 400 gram polyester blanket liner that is antibacterial, anti-static, and enhances the shine of a horse’s coat. The 400 grams of Thermobonded fibrefill provides superior and long-lasting heat retention. The targeted Vari-layer technology in the liner uses additional layers of thermobonded fibrefill across the back and hip for the ultimate heat retention and comfort, with less bulk.
3. A detachable, waterproof neck cover to retain additional heat and to keep your horse’s mane and neck, even in the most wet conditions.
Horseware blankets are famous for their durability and comfort! The V-Front Closure eliminates pressure on the shoulder, allowing for more comfort while grazing/eating. The PVC coated tail cord also eliminates the need for leg straps that break easily and, let’s face it, get pretty gross after awhile!
Use the pieces sold here together, or use the turnout sheet and/or hood on its own.
The turnout sheet has liner and hood loops making it compatible for use with other Horseware blanket liners that come with different weights of insulation, allowing you to change rug weight easily. (Liners in other weights are sold separately at other equine retailers.)
The blanket liner sold in this set is also compatible to be used underneath other Horseware shells.
